What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order providing you with your order details. Once we process your order, you will receive your invoice and another email confirming the shipment of your order along with the delivery details. You can always check your order status by logging into your account on our website if you have created one before.

Will I get a receipt?

You will receive an order confirmation details by email as soon you place your order. An invoice will be sent to your email once your order is processed.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards and also offer cash on delivery (for UAE purchases only).

How do I check my order status?

You can always check your order status by logging into your account on our website if you have created one before. Alternatively, we are always happy to help you. Just send us email on customercare@bloombee.com or call/WhatsApp on +971 50 172 5068.

Is it secure to pay online?

We use trusted payment gateway providers with cutting edge technology to protect your credit card details.

Are there any extra payment fees?

No, you only pay for the price of the items as shown plus any delivery charges that may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We use only trusted well-reputed delivery companies to deliver your products to your doorstep.

How long does the delivery take?

We do our best to deliver your order within 2 to 5 days in the UAE. It might take few days more for international deliveries.

Are there any delivery charges?

We offer FREE delivery for orders above 200AED in the UAE. There is a small delivery charge for smaller orders which is shown to you on your shopping basket before you proceed to checkout.

Can I track my delivery?

If your delivery is shipped by tracked delivery, we will send you a link provided by the shipping company to track delivery. For checking your order status simply login to your account on our website.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

We are happy to assist you on this before your order is shipped. Please contact us by email at customercare@bloombee.com or simply call/WhatsApp us on +971 50 172 5068.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. In this case, you can cancel your order within 24 hours if your order is still showing as “processing” and has not been shipped yet. Simply contact us as soon as possible by emailing customercare@bloombee.com or reaching us on WhatsApp on +971 50 172 5068.

Can I return my order?

Due to our products being consumable, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product, or you have received the wrong order. Items should be returned in their original conditions including packaging.

How can I request for returning an order?

Contact us by emailing customercare@bloombee.com or simply reaching us on WhatsApp on +971 50 172 5068. Please note you have a maximum of 7-day notice period for returning a product after receiving your parcel.

How is your refund procedure?

We’ll inspect your returned order when they arrive and notify you immediately on the status. Please note that we will only be able to refund you by your original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 28 days for the completion of refund transfer.

What should I do if receive damaged or wrong products?

Contact us by vising our contact page or emailing customercare@bloombee.com or simply reach us on WhatsApp on +971 50 172 5068. Please note that you need to give notice of return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Why Should I create an account?

Your account offers many advantages for a better shopping experience on our website:

  • You can save your details including your addresses and contact info, so that you don’t have to enter them every time you make a purchase.
  • You can save items to you Wishlist so that they will still be there next time you visit our website.
  • You can view and check the status of your orders including your past orders.
Why I cannot login to my account?

Make sure you have entered your login details correctly. If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the “lost my password”, enter your email address and hit reset password button. A rest link with instruction will be sent to your email to change your password.

Can I change my details on my account?

Yes, you can update and change your details including your billing and delivery addresses.
